Our Story

Founded in 2001, PT Master Cipta Nusantara (MCN) is a trusted provider of IT solutions, delivering computer systems, hardware, and software services to businesses and organizations. In addition to supporting efficient office systems and IT infrastructure, MCN also implements data network solutions such as structured cabling, server room setup, and LAN/WAN deployment for corporate, educational, and government environments—ensuring reliable and secure connectivity.

From 2006 to 2017, MCN expanded into the telecommunications sector, contributing to major infrastructure projects through the installation and integration of core and access network components such as MSC, BSC, BTS, and RBS. While continuing IT hardware services, MCN also delivered LAN and WAN solutions, positioning itself as a provider of integrated IT and telecom systems.

Since 2017, MCN has shifted its focus to offer state-of-the-art of end-to-end IT services, including software development, digital marketing, e-commerce, media monitoring, data security and more. MCN now helps businesses of all sizes adopt scalable, secure, and integrated technology solutions—continuing its objective to provide solutions to information technology.

Material supply of supporting material for telecom infrastructure

We offer material supply services for supporting components used in telecom infrastructure projects. This includes cables, connectors, grounding systems, power supplies, mounting hardware, enclosures, and other essential materials required for the installation and maintenance of BTS, MSC, BSC, and related network systems—ensuring reliable deployment and long-term operational stability. Our valuable customers include Bakrie Telecom, Huawei Tech Investment, Multi Kontrol Nusantara, Nortel Networks, and Protelindo.

Design and implementation of data network infrastructure

We provide end-to-end design and implementation services for data network infrastructure, covering both LAN and WAN environments. Our solutions include network architecture planning, hardware selection, structured cabling, router and switch configuration, wireless access point setup, and system integration—ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance connectivity for businesses and institutions. Our valuable customers include Toyota Boshoku Indonesia, Cemani Toka, Pemda Bogor, Nesic Bukaka, and Siemens Indonesia.

Installation, testing, and commissioning of MSC and BSC

We offer professional installation, testing, and commissioning services for MSC (Mobile Switching Center) and BSC (Base Station Controller) systems. Our scope includes equipment setup, system configuration, functional and integration testing, as well as final commissioning to ensure seamless operation within the telecom network—delivering reliable core infrastructure for mobile communication services. Our valuable customers include Nortel Networks and Bakrie Telecom.

Installation, testing, and commissioning of BTS and RBS

We provide installation, testing, and commissioning services for BTS (Base Transceiver Station) and RBS (Radio Base Station) to support cellular network expansion. Our services include site preparation, equipment mounting, cabling, system integration, signal testing, and performance verification—ensuring each site operates optimally and meets operator standards for coverage, capacity, and reliability. Installation, testing, and commissioning of SDH/PDH

We offer installation, testing, and commissioning services for SDH (Synchronous Digital Hierarchy) and PDH (Plesiochronous Digital Hierarchy) transmission systems. Our services cover equipment setup, configuration, end-to-end link testing, and system optimization to ensure high-speed, reliable data transport across telecom networks—supporting voice, data, and multimedia services with minimal latency and high availability.
